1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government connection. It does not store official criminal records, obtain records for users, conduct official background checks, or file documents on anyone's behalf.

Its role is to identify the Bullitt County sheriff, Bullitt District and Circuit courts, Kentucky State Police Criminal Identifications and Records Branch, Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry, and outside tools that may assist with lawful research. Public access remains governed by the Kentucky Open Records Act, while KRS Chapter 17 contains criminal-record and law-enforcement dissemination rules.

2. Rules for Using This Site

As a condition of use, you agree not to:

• Use content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated decision
• Stalk, threaten, or harass another person with information found here
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools on these pages
• Violate a federal, Kentucky, or local law through use of the website
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account
• Interfere with website performance or another visitor's access

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information found here or through a linked tool may not be used to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone. Kentucky State Police warns that harassment based on Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry information can violate KRS 525.070 or KRS 525.080 and may carry up to 90 days in county jail, with greater penalties possible for more serious conduct. Registry information supports public safety awareness, not vigilantism or prohibited decision-making.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer reports, credit reports, or official background checks. Our advertising partners do not turn this website into a service for evaluating applicants, insurance eligibility, or credit. You agree not to use the website or a linked tool to:

• Make a credit or lending decision
• Evaluate an applicant for a job or housing
• Set insurance eligibility, coverage, or premiums
• Determine eligibility for licenses, permits, or public benefits
• Carry out any other use regulated by the FCRA
